نقش عوامل دموگرافیک و آزمون‌های استقامت مرکزی مک‌گیل در ارتباط با آسیب‌های اسکلتی-عضلانی ژیمناست‌های نوجوان

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: ژیمناستیک یکی از ورزش‌های پرخطر از نظر بروز آسیب‌های اسکلتی- عضلانی محسوب می‌شود. عضلات مرکزی نقش اساسی در ایجاد ثبات تنه و کنترل حرکات ورزشی دارند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی شیوع آسیب‌ها در ژیمناست‌ها و ارزیابی کارآمدی آزمون‌های استقامت عضلات مرکزی مک گیل به‌عنوان شاخصی برای پیش‌بینی خطر آسیب انجام شد.

روش کار: این مطالعه مورد– شاهدی گذشته‌نگر در سال ۱۴۰۳ بر روی ۲۷۳ ژیمناست نوجوان در شهرهای مشهد، یزد و شاهرود انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند؛ این روش با وجود سهولت اجرا، تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج را محدود می‌کند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته (اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سابقه تمرینی و آسیب‌دیدگی) و آزمون‌های استقامت عضلات مرکزی مک‌گیل بود که روایی و پایایی آن‌ها در مطالعات پیشین گزارش و تأیید شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۷ و آزمون تی مستقل، آزمون خی دو و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معناداری p<0.05 تحلیل شدند.

یافته­ ها: در مجموع 9.13 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان دچار آسیب‌دیدگی بودند و بیشترین شیوع آسیب در نواحی مچ پا 31.7% ، مچ دست 19/5% و زانو 13%مشاهده شد. آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که متغیرهای سن (0.001=p)، قد (p=0.001)، وزن (p=0.001) و سابقه ورزشی (p=0.001) با بروز آسیب ارتباط معنادار داشتند. همچنین، نتایج آزمون پلانک جانبی راست (p=0.02) و چپ (p=0.04) با آسیب‌دیدگی ارتباط معنادار داشتند؛ اما آزمون‌های خم‌کننده تنه (p=0.40) و بازکننده ستون فقرات (p=0.60) چنین ارتباطی را نشان ندادند. در مدل نهایی رگرسیون لجستیک، تنها متغیر سن به‌عنوان پیش‌بینی‌کننده مستقل باقی ماند (p<0.01).

نتیجه­ گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سن و برخی ویژگی‌های جسمانی نقش مهمی در پیش‌بینی آسیب‌های ورزشی ژیمناست‌ها دارند. به‌کارگیری این عوامل در کنار آزمون‌های عملکردی مانند پلانک جانبی می‌تواند به‌عنوان رویکردی مؤثر در غربالگری و پیشگیری از آسیب در ژیمناست‌ها مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
