واکاوی مواجهه دانشجویان و کارکنان بالینی و غیر بالینی یک بیمارستان آموزشی شهر تهران با خشونت افقی و عمودی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: خدمترسانی در بخش سلامت، عموما در فضایی تنشزا صورت میپذیرد؛ بنابراین بروز رفتارهای خشونتآمیز میان کارکنان دور از انتظار نیست. از این رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تجارب دانشجویان و کارکنان بالینی و غیربالینی از مواجهه با خشونت همکاران در یکی از مراکز درمانی آموزشی شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی طی سال 1398 در یک بیمارستان عمومی به اجرا درآمد. نمونه مطالعه برابر با 468 نفر از دانشجویان و کارکنان شاغل در بخشهای بالینی و غیربالینی براساس روش نمونهگیری طبقهای بود. دادهها از طریق یک پرسشنامه 31 سؤالی با روایی و پایایی (8/0α=) تأییدشده، جمعآوری و سپس با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: حدود 50 درصد از مشارکتکنندگان تجربه مواجهه با خشونت را داشتند. خشونت روانی و کلامی شایعترین نوع خشونت به ترتیب نسبت به دانشجویان و کارکنان بودند. خشونتها غالبا از سوی افراد ردهبالاتر و همگروهی با قربانی بود و سکوت قربانی را به همراه داشت. دانشجویان و کارکنان بالینی به راهکارهای حمایتطلبی و مقابله به مثل تمایل بیشتری نشان دادند. قرارگرفتن کارکنان در سطوح پایینتر سلسله مراتب سازمانی با افزایش معنادار شانس مواجهه با خشونت همراه بود (05/0>p). تجربه خشونت کارکنان اداری نیز به طرز معناداری بیشتر از کارکنان پشتیبانی و نگهداری بیمارستان بود (05/0>p).
نتیجه گیری: نظر به شیوع بالای خشونت، اجرای راهکارهایی نظیر آموزش، تدوین کدهای رفتاری قابل قبول، اجرای برنامههای مدیریت تنش و تندرستی، تفویض مسئولیت رسیدگی به پروندههای خشونت به کمیتهها و استفاده از افسران ایمنی و روانشناسان به منظور پیشگیری و نظارت مؤثر بر معضل موردنظر توصیه میشود.
