تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات اصلاحی بر توزیع فشار کف پایی و ساختار دیسک کمر در زنان مبتلا به بیرون زدگی دیسک کمر

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: : بیرونزدگی دیسک کمر یکی از شایعترین اختلالات دژنراتیو ستون فقرات است که ممکن است باعث کمردرد و در ادامه منجر به اختلال در هماهنگی حرکتی وضعیتی شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات اصلاحی بر توزیع فشار کف پایی و ساختار دیسک کمر در زنان مبتلا به بیرونزدگی دیسک بود.
روش بررسی: در این تحقیق نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون، جامعه آماری شامل زنان (45 تا 55 سال) دارای کمردرد ناشی از بیرونزدگی دیسک ساکن شهر مشهد بود که تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. میزان توزیع فشار کف پایی و ارتفاع و ساختار دیسک کمری L4-L5 و L5-S1 به ترتیب با استفاده از دستگاه اسکنر فشار کف پا و تصویربرداری پرتو مغناطیسی، قبل و بعد از یک مداخله هشت هفتهای اندازهگیری شد. برنامه تمرینی شامل 45 تا 60 دقیقه تمرین اصلاحی با تواتر سه جلسه در هفته و به مدت هشت هفته بود. در طول دوره، گروه کنترل در هیچ برنامه تمرینی منظمی شرکت نکردند. سطح معنیداری 05/0≥ P در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: در پایان هشت هفته مداخله، تفاوت معنیداری در میزان توزیع فشار کف پای راست (001/0 > P) و چپ (001/0 > P)، ارتفاع دیسک کمری L4-L5 (02/0 = P)، ارتفاع دیسک کمریL5-S1 (04/0 = P)، بیرونزدگی دیسک کمریL4-L5 (02/0 = P) و بیرونزدگی دیسک کمریL5-S1 (01/0 = P) بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تمرینات اصلاحی میتواند باعث بهبود فشار کف پایی، افزایش ارتفاع و کاهش بیرونزدگی دیسکهای کمری L4-L5 و S1-L5 شود. از اینرو، افراد دارای کمردرد ناشی از بیرونزدگی دیسک میتوانند از این برنامه تمرینات اصلاحی جهت بهبود شرایط خود بهره ببرند.
