اثربخشی هشت هفته تمرینات هوش هیجانی بر رفتارهای ایمنی و رفتار شهروندی ایمنی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: هوش هیجانی با توانمندسازی افراد برای مدیریت مؤثر احساسات، تصمیمگیری آگاهانه، درک و همدلی با دیگران و حفظ روابط مثبت، نقش مهمی در ایمنی ایفا میکند. از اینرو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش هوش هیجانی بر رفتارهای ایمنی و رفتار شهروندی ایمنی بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی بود که در آن از طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون-پیگیري سه ماهه با گروههای آزمايش و گروه كنترل استفاده گردید. جامعه آماري شامل کلیه کارکنان صفِ مرد یک شرکت صنعتی در اهواز بود که از این تعداد 40 نفر بهعنوان نمونه فرضآزمایی با روش در دسترس انتخاب و به روش گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری گمارده شدند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامههای رفتارهای ایمن و رفتار شهروندی ایمن بودند که در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری روی هر دو گروه اجرا شدند. براي گروه آزمایش، آموزش هوش هیجانی مبتنی بر الگوی توانایی اعمال شد که این جلسات آموزشی شامل هشت جلسهی نود دقیقهاي بودند که در هشت هفته برگزار شدند. درحالیکه هیچ مداخلهای روی گروه گواه انجام نشد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای تحلیل کوواریانس (چندمتغیره و تک متغیره) در نرمافزار SPSS-24 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هوش هیجانی بهطور معنیداری بر افزایش رفتارهای ایمنی و رفتار شهروندی ایمنی اثربخش بوده است (p<0.01) و این اثربخشی در مرحلهی پیگیری نیز وجود داشته است.
نتیجهگیری: برگزاری دورههای آموزش هوش هیجانی باعث ارتقای رفتارهای ایمنی و رفتار شهروندی ایمنی در کارکنان گردید و پس از گذشت سه ماه بیتمرینی، این اثربخشی مثبت، پایدار ماند.
