چکیده
مقدمه: ایمنی بیمار مهم ترین اولویت مراقبت به ویژه در گروه های پرخطر مانند نوزادان است. ایمنی نوزادان در تولد به روش سزارین چالش برانگیزتر است زیرا با وجود تمام تلاش ها و دستورالعمل ها، ایمنی بیمار در اتاق عمل همچنان یک چالش است. است. این مطالعه متاسنتز با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر ایمنی نوزاد در حین سزارین و ارائه راهکارهای ارتقا آن انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه به روش مرور نظامند از طریق مرور تلفیقی با روش متاسنتز (فراترکیب) انجام شد. در مجموع 132 مقاله یافت شد و در نهایت 33 مقاله پس از بررسی برای تحقیق انتخاب شدند. معیارهای ورود، مقالاتی به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی، مرتبط با ایمنی نوزاد و چاپ قبل از سال 2024 بود. در مرحله بعد، کیفیت مقالات به طور همزمان توسط دو محقق مجزا با استفاده از ابزار تقویت گزارشدهی مطالعات مشاهدهای در اپیدمیولوژی و استاندارد تلفیقی گزارش کارآزماییها بررسی شد. سپس داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: مهم ترین عوامل خطر برای ایمنی نوزاد در حین سزارین شامل کم خونی ناشی از بستن زودرس بند ناف، زردی ناشی از تاخیر در بستن بند ناف، عفونت بیمارستانی، هیپوترمی و هیپرترمی، سقوط، خواب مطمئن، خطای دارویی، آسیب حین عمل و خطا در ثبت هویت نوزادان بود.
نتیجه گیری: راهکارهای ارتقای ایمنی نوزادان در حین سزارین، توجه به کار تیمی، تیمی و آموزش مداوم بین رشتهای از طریق شبیهسازی، شناسایی دقیق مادران و ثبت دقیق هویت مادر و نوزاد، حمل و خواب ایمن نوزاد، پیشگیری از عفونت، حفظ دما و رطوبت اتاق عمل، بستن بند ناف پس از 30 ثانیه قبل تولد و 2 دقیقه پس از تولد است.
