شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل مؤثر بر اصلاح رفتارهای بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (مطالعه موردی: شهرداری تهران)

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تئوریها و چارچوبهای بیشماری برای درک و مداخله در تعیینکنندههای رفتاری مورداستفاده قرارگرفته است اما اين متغيرها در رفتار ايمني افراد در همه جوامع صنعتي و صنايع متنوع با ویژگیهای مختلف فرهنگي تأييد نشده است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر اصلاح رفتارهای ایمنی کارکنان اجرایی شهرداری تهران بود.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه این پژوهش از نوع موردی و جامعه آماري، متخصصان، خبرگان و کارشناسان بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست شهرداری تهران بودند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانهای و تکنیک دلفی برای شناسایی عوامل فردی و سازمانی مؤثر بر اصلاح رفتارهای کارکنان بود. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرمافزارEXPERT CHOICE صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج حاصل در رابطه با شناسایی عوامل سازمانی میتوان ابراز داشت که از میان عوامل سازمانی مؤثر بر اصلاح رفتارهای ایمنی کارکنان اجرایی شهرداری، فرهنگ ایمنی با وزن نسبی 109/ 0 بهعنوان مهمترین عامل سازمانی شناختهشد. بهطورکلی میتوان گفت از بین مؤلفههای فردی و سازمانی؛ مؤلفههای فردی رتبه بالاتری را نسبت به مؤلفههای سازمانی به خود اختصاص دادند از طرفی یافتههای حاصل از رتبهبندی عوامل فردی نیز ابراز داشت مؤلفه درک ریسک با ميانگين رتبه 0.179 داراي بالاترين رتبه بود.
نتیجه گیری: در شهرداری تهران برای حصول نتیجه زودتر در پیشبرد سیستم و اصلاح رفتار کارکنان در حوزه ایمنی می توان به ترتیب بر روی 1- درک ریسک 2- نگرش 3- آگاهی و دانش 4- فرهنگ ایمنی 5- تعهد مدیریت 6- جو ایمنی سازمانی 7- ارتباطات مؤثر هدفگذاری و برنامهریزی کرد.
