بررسی اثربخشی 8 هفته تمرینات اصلاحی منتخب بر میزان زاویه لوردوز کمری و عملکرد اندام تحتانی مردان غیر ورزشکار مبتلا به ناهنجاری لوردوز افزایش یافته کمری

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تغییر در راستای مطلوب ستون فقرات کمری میتواند بر عملکرد سایر نواحی بدن از جمله اندام تحتانی اثرگذار باشد و اصلاح این تغییرات نامطلوب ممکن است بتواند این تغییرات را بهبود ببخشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی 8 هفته تمرینات اصلاحی بر میزان زاویه لوردوز کمری و عملکرد اندام تحتانی مردان غیر ورزشکار مبتلا به ناهنجاری لوردوز افزایش یافته کمری بود.
روش بررسی: در پژوهش حاضر 26 مرد 18 الی 25 ساله ساکن شهرستان تهران دارای ناهنجاری لوردوز افزایشیافته کمری (بزرگتر و یا مساوی 51 درجه)، با میانگین سنی 2/58±21/69 سال، وزن 8.66±70.56کیلوگرم و قد 8/01±177/35 سانتیمتر به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونههای پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در ادامه نمونهها به صورت تصادفی در قالب دو گروه، تمرین 13 نفر و کنترل 13 نفر تقسیم شدند. زاویه لوردوز کمری با استفاده از خط کش منعطف، عملکرد اندام تحتانی از طریق آزمونهای پرش سه لی، پرش سارجنت و پرش تکپا در مسافت شش متر در دو مرحلهی پیشآزمون و پسآزمون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. به منظور بررسی تغییرات درونگروهی از آزمون آماری تی همبسته و به منظور مقایسه تفاوتهای بینگروهی از آزمون آماری تی مستقل استفاده شد.
نتایج: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که 8 هفته تمرینات اصلاحی باعث بهبود عملکرد و زاویه لوردوز کمری در گروه تمرین در پسآزمون نسبت به پیشآزمون شد (P> 0.05). ولی در گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری بین دو مرحلهی آزمون دیده نشد (P <0.05). همچنین مقایسه زاویه لوردوز کمری و عملکرد در مرحله پسآزمون نشان دهنده تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه کنترل و تمرین بود (P <0.05).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از یافتههای این پژوهش، نتیجه میگیریم که انجام تمرینات اصلاحی در بهبود زاویه لوردوز کمری و عملکرد اندام تحتانی در افراد مبتلا ناهنجاری لوردوز افزایشه کمری مفید است.
