بررسي تأثير برنامه گرم کردن بر پيشگيري از آسيب هاي دانشجويان دانشگاه افسري امام علي (ع)

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: موارد بسیاری از بروز آسیبهای جسمانی ورزشکاران در ابتدای رقابت ورزشی گزارششده است که علت تعداد زیادی از آنها را گرم نبودن مناسب بدن و عدم آمادگی ذهنی روانی و جسمانی فرد برای شرکت در رقابت بیان کردهاند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر برنامه گرم کردن بر پیشگیری از آسیب های دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) بود.
روش بررسی: تعداد 80 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری امام علی بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی (40 نفر) و کنترل (40 نفر) تقسیم شدند و به مدت یکترم تحصیلی آسیب های آنها ثبت گردید. از روش آماری خیدو برای مقایسه میزان بروز آسیب دو گروه استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج آزمون خی دو نشان داد بین میزان بروز کلی آسیب دو گروه تجربی و کنترل اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت (01/0 =p)، همچنین آزمون خی دو نشان داد بین میزان بروز آسیب زانو و مچ پا در آزمودنی های دو گروه اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت (هر دو 001/0 = p) در کل آزمودنی های گروه تجربی به طور معنیداری کمتر از گروه کنترل آسیب دیدند (05/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد پروتکل تمرینی تحقیق حاضر بر پیشگیری از آسیب های دانشجویان دانشگاه افسری امام علی (ع) تأثیر دارد بنابراین اساتید و مربیان تربیتبدنی دانشگاههای افسری میتوانند از پروتکل تمرینی تحقیق حاضر برای پیشگیری از آسیب دانشجویان استفاده نمایند.
