ارزيابي زيرساختهاي ايمني بيمار در بيمارستانهاي آموزشي منتخب شهر مشهد بر اساس پروتکل WHO

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ایمنی بیمار دغدغهای جهانی در عرصه ارائه خدمات سلامت و جزئی اساسی از الزامات کیفیت مراقبتهای بهداشتی درمانی محسوب میشود، لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی سطح تحقق زیرساختهای ایمنی بیمار در سه بیمارستان آموزشی منتخب شهر مشهد انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی و مقطعی در سال 1396 با استفاده از پروتکل ارزیابی ایمنی بیمار سازمان بهداشت جهانی بهعنوان ابزار پژوهش اجرا گردید. جامعه پژوهش را مدیران ارشد و میانی، کارکنان، پزشکان و بیماران بیمارستانها تشکیل میداد که جمعاً ۵۴ نفر به روش نمونهگیری مبتنی بر هدف بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. دادههای پرسشنامه به روش مشاهده، بررسی مستندات و مدارک، تکمیل چکلیست و مصاحبه ساختارند، جمعآوری و سپس از طریق آزمونهای توصیفی و تحلیلی با استفاده از نسخه ۲۱ نرمافزار spss مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: در این مطالعه جمعاً ۲۰ استاندارد الزامی ایمنی بیمار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت، میانگین کلی سطح تحقق استانداردها ۷۵٫۸ درصد محاسبه شد. در بین ۴ حیطه موردبررسی، حیطه حاکمیت و رهبری با نسبت (۸۳٫۳ درصد) بهترین و حیطههای محیط ایمن و مشارکت بیمار و جامعه با نسبت (۵۰ درصد) ضعیفترین وضعیت را داشتند. ازنظر سطح انطباق با استانداردها تفاوت آماری معنیداری بین سه بیمارستان وجود نداشت (50/0 p <).
نتیجهگیری: درمجموع وضعیت کلی تحقق زیرساختهای ایمنی بیمار بیمارستانها در سطح نسبت خوب ارزیابی گردید. تعهد مدیران ارشد نسبت به اولویت ایمنی بیمار، ارتقاء آموزش کارکنان و افزایش مشارکت آگاهانه بیماران و همراهان درجهت رفع نقاط ضعف و ارتقاء وضعیت موجود، میتواند شرایط احراز عنوان بیمارستان دوستدار ایمنی بیمار را برای این بیمارستانها که جایگاه ویژهای در حوزه گردشگری سلامت منطقه و کشور دارند، فراهم سازد.
