تفاوت جنسيت در الگوي فعاليت عضلاني اندام تحتاني ورزشکاران در تکليف پرش فرود عمودي: مطالعه مروري نظام مند

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: تفاوت در جنسيت میتواند يكي از عوامل خطرزا در آسیبهای اسكلتي عضلاني باشد و اين تغييرات میتواند در كنترل عصبي عضلاني نقش برجستهتری داشته باشد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، مرور سیستماتیک پژوهشهایی بود که به مقایسه فعالیت عضلات اندام تحتانی در تکلیف پرش فرود عمودی بین مردان و زنان پرداخته بودند.
روش بررسی: جستجوی مقالات زبان فارسی در پایگاههای مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و مگیران، مقالات زبان انگلیسی در پایگاههای ساینس دایرکت، پابمد، اسکوپوس و گوگل اسکالر بدون محدودیت زمانی تا اکتبر سال 2020 با کلیدواژههای مرتبط "الکترومایوگرافی"، "فعالیت عضلانی"، "پرش_فرود عمودی"، "جنسیت" انجام شد. معیارهای ورود شامل تحقیقاتی میشد که از نوع مقطعی و به شکل مقایسه فعالیت الکترومایوگرافی عضلات اندام تحتانی مردان و زنان ورزشکار بدون سابقه آسیب ورزشی، طی تکلیف حداکثر پرش_فرود عمودی تکپا یا جفتپا بودند. برای ارزیابی کیفیت مطالعات انتخاب شده از چکلیست تعدیلشدهای داونز و همکارانش (1998) استفاده شد.
نتایج: بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج درنهایت دو مقالهی فارسی و سه مقالهی انگلیسی از 1262 مطالعه، مورد بررسی جامع قرار گرفت. بررسی نتایج مطالعات در زمینه فعالسازی عضلات در مرحله فیدفورواردی و فیدبکی هنگام تکلیف پرش عمودی و فرود تکپا یا جفتپا نشان داد، زنان عضلات چهارسرران و مردان عضلات همسترینگ را بیشتر بکار میگیرند. هرچند که این تفاوت در برخی از مطالعات معنادار و در برخی دیگر معنی دار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی با توجه به اینکه تحقیقات صورت گرفته در رابطه با مقایسه فعالیت عضلانی اندام تحتانی در حین تکلیف حداکثر پرش_فرود عمودی بین زنان و مردان کم و ضد و نقیض هستند و در رابطه با برخی از عضلات مثل راست رانی، دوقلو و سرینی فقط یک مطالعه صورت گرفته بود نمیتوان به جمعبندی دقیقی در رابطه با وجود یا عدم وجود تفاوت بین زنان و مردان به لحاظ فعالیت عضلات اندام تحتانی رسید. لذا به نظر میرسد که نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر و دقیقتر در این زمینه وجود دارد.
