تاثير مداخله آموزشي در ارتقاء دانش و خود کار آمدي سالمندان درپيشگيري از زمين خوردن

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: زمين خوردن يکي از شايع ترين و جدي ترين مشکلات سلامتي در سالمندان مي باشد که باعث ناتواني و افزايش مرگ و مير و تحمل هزينه به فرد و جامعه مي شود اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين تاثير مداخله آموزشي در ارتقاء دانش و خود کار آمدي سالمندان درپيشگيري از زمين خوردن انجام شد.
روش بررسي: در اين مطالعه تجربي 200 سالمند، 100 نفر گروه مداخله و 100 نفر گروه کنترل وارد مطالعه شدند نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي تصادفي اخذ گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخت بود. مداخله آموزشي طي سه جلسه 45 دقيقه اي انجام شد. اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد طي مصاحبه مستقيم قبل از مداخله آموزشي و شش ماه بعد از آن، جمع آوري گرديد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون هاي تي مستقل، تي زوجي مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند.
نتايج: نتايج نشان داد درگروه مداخله ميانگين نمره دانش، خودکار آمدي قبل مداخله به ترتيب14/3±54/12، 11/4±34/13 و بعد از مداخله 60/2±94/16، 53/3±18/19 بود که در مقايسه با گروه کنترل بعد از مداخله ميانگين نمره افزايش داشت. و اختلاف معني دار بود ولي در گروه کنترل اختلاف معني داري مشاهده نگرديد. همچنين يافتههاي پژوهش حاکي از کاهش معنيدار درصد زمين خوردن افراد گروه مداخله در مقايسه با گروه کنترل در بعد از مداخلات بود (05/0>P).
نتيجه گيري: از آن جاييکه وجود دانش و خودکارآمدي بيشتر ميتواند به توانمندي سالمندان در پيشگيري از زمين خوردن منجرگردد، لذا پيشنهاد ميگردد مداخلات آموزشي چند وجهي پيشگيري از زمين خوردن در سالمندان برگزار گردد.
