مقايسه پارامترهاي سيستم ايمني در کاراته کاران نخبه و آماتور با غير ورزشکاران

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: کاراته يکي از مشهورترين هنرهاي رزمي برخوردي با آسيبهاي فيزيولوژيکي بالا است؛ لذا هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، مقايسه شاخصهاي سيستم ايمني منتخب در کاراتهکاران نخبه و آماتور با غير ورزشکاران بود.
روشبررسي: اين بررسي بهصورت توصيفي انجام گرديد که آزمودنيهاي آن شامل 387 نفر داوطلب سالم و مقيم در استان اصفهان با ميانگين سن: 4/7 ± 2/27 سال (ميانگين± انحراف استاندارد) بودند که برحسب عناوين قهرماني و تعداد جلسات تمريني در 3 گروه کاراتهکاران نخبه (شامل 65 مرد و 64 زن) از قهرمانان بينالمللي و جهاني؛ کاراتهکاران آماتور (شامل 75 مرد و 54 زن) با حداقل کمربند سياه و بدون کسب عناوين قهرماني فراملّي؛ و غير ورزشکاران (شامل 71 مرد و 58 زن) از افرادي که در طي سالهاي زندگي خود هيچگونه فعاليت منظم ورزشي نداشتند و ازلحاظ قد، وزن و سن مشابه دو گروه ديگر بودند تقسيمگرديدند. بهمنظور ملاحظات اخلاقي، شرکتکنندگان در ابتدا با روند اجراي بررسي آشنا و پس از تکميل فرم رضايتنامه کتبي، پرسشنامه مربوط به اطلاعات بيوگرافي را پر نمودند. سپس، نمونههاي خوني بهصورت ناشتا و در يک نوبت از وريد بازوئي کليه آزمودنيها در محل آزمايشگاه تشخيصي- طبي به ميزان cc5 در لولههاي حاوي ماده ضد انعقادي EDTA اخذ و آزمايش CBC با استفاده از دستگاه تمامخودکار سيسمکس و همچنين روش NBT انجام و فراواني لکوسيتها مشخص گرديد. دادههاي بهدستآمده از طريق آزمون آماري تحليل آنواي ساده و آزمون تعقيبي شفه با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام و سطح معنيداري نيز در سطح 05/0>P در نظر گرفته شد.
يافتهها: نتايج نشانداد ميزان پارامترهاي سيستم ايمني کاراتهکاران (نوتروفيل، منوسيت، بازوفيل، ائوزينوفيل، لنفوسيت و گلبولهاي سفيد) در گروههاي نخبه و آماتور تفاوت معناداري ندارند (05/0<P)؛ اما ميزان آنها در گروه نخبه و همچنين در گروه آماتور (بهاستثناي گلبول سفيد) بهطور معنيداري کمتر از غير ورزشکاران است (05/0>P).
نتيجهگيري : بر اساس نتايج، ورزشکاراني که در برنامه هاي تمريني و مسابقههاي سنگين کاراته درگير هستند نشان ميداد که جنبههاي مختلف عملکرد سيستم ايمنيشان مختل شده لذا ضرورت انجام اقدامات درماني در جهت پيشگيري از ابتلا ايشان به بيماريهاي ويروسي و عفونتي مشهود است.
