چکیده
سابقه و هدف: علل بروز اکثر حوادث در محيط هاي کاري، رفتارهاي ناايمن مي باشد. با توسعه صنايع، ارزيابي رفتارهاي نا ايمن در محيط کاري به عنوان يه اصل مهم مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. فرهنگ ايمني با شناخت رفتارهاي نا ايمن در جهت کاهش علل بروز حوادث نقشي مهم بر عهده دارد از اين رو هدف مطالعه حاضر ارتباط فرهنگ ايمني و تاثير آن بر رفتارهاي نا ايمن در صنعت فولاد بود.
روش بررسي: مطالعه حاضر بصورت توصيفي – تحليلي در سال 1397 بر روي کليه پرسنل شرکت فولاد به تعداد 177 نفر که در واحدهاي آهنگري-پرس، نوسازي، فاز 4 مشغول به کار هستند صورت گرفت. براي رعايت ملاحظات اخلاقي قبل از شروع پژوهش رضايت تمامي افراد جهت شرکت در مطالعه مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. جهت تعيين نمره فرهنگ ايمني از پرسشنامه استاندارد HSE و همچنين جهت تعيين رفتارهاي نا ايمن از نمونه برداري رفتار ناايمن استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از ازمون هاي آماري و نرم افزار 21 SPSSمورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.
يافته ها: بيشترين و کمترين اعمال نا ايمن به ترتيب مربوط به عدم استفاده از و وسايل حفاظت فردي و شوخي حين کار بود. بين نمره ايمني و حادثه در شرکت رابطه معنا دار آماري وجود داشت ( 0.03P<). بيشترين نمره فرهنگ ايمني به تفکيک واحد کاري و شغل محوله به ترتيب مربوط به تصفيه خانه و جوشکار بود.
نتيجه گيري: نتايج پژوهش حاکي از آن بود که بيشترين عامل بروز حوادث رفتارهاي نا ايمن ، عدم استفاده از وسايل حفاظت فردي ارزيابي شد که بايد برنامه هاي آموزشي منسجم و اصوليتر برگزار شده و همچنين کيفيت وسايل حفاظت فردي مورد توجه مديران صنايع قرار گيرد.
