تأثير پيشگيراننده کشش تسهيل عصبي– عضلاني بر درد، انعطافپذيري و پارامترهاي عملکردي افراد مبتلابه كوفتگي عضلاني تأخيري

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: شواهد اندكي از راهكارهاي پيگيراننده و درماني گوفتگي عضلاني تاخيري وجود دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تأثير پيشگيراننده كشش تسهيل عصبي– عضلاني بر درد، انعطافپذيري و نشانههاي عملکردي افراد مبتلا به كوفتگي عضلاني تأخيري بود .
روش بررسي: به منظور رعايت موازين اخلاق در پژوهش، از شرکت کنندهها رضايتنامه کتبي اخذ واز هدف و روش اجراي مطالعه مطلع گرديدند. اين تحقيق توصيفي از نوع شبه تجربي بود. 42 نفر دانشجوي غير ورزشكار در اين مطالعه شرکت و بهطور مساوي به دو گروه كنترل و تجربي تقسيم شدند. براي ارزيابي متغيرهاي کينماتيکي از سيستم تحليل حرکتي Vicon شامل 4 دوربين پرسرعت مادونقرمز سري T با فرکانس نمونهبرداري 200 هرتز و براي اندازهگيري نيروهاي عکسالعمل زمين از دو صفحه نيرو Kistler با فرکانس نمونهبرداري 1000 هرتز استفاده شد. متغيرهاي وابسته شامل پارامترهاي پرش از حالت ايستاده شامل ارتفاع پرش، ارتفاع پس از فرود، زمان پرواز، ميانگين توان، حداكثر نيروي فرود، حداكثر سرعت در لحظه تيك آف، مقياس بصري اندازهگيري درد و انعطافپذيري همسترينگ بودند كه قبل از تمرين و 48 ساعت بعد از تمرين مورداندازهگيري قرار گرفتند . آزمونهاي آماري t دو گروه مستقل و t همبسته با سطح معناداري (0/05˂P) جهت تحليلهاي آماري مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.
يافتهها: بعد از تمرين بين گروهها اختلاف معنيداري در انعطافپذيري (0/022=P) و عدم تفاوت معنيداري بين ميزان درد و كوفتگي ادراکشده وجود داشت (0/08=P). اختلاف معنيدار بين پيش آزمون-پس آزمون گروه كنترل در ارتفاع پرش، ارتفاع پس از فرود، توان، حداكثر نيروي فرود وجود داشت(0/05˂P).
نتيجهگيري: توأم نمودن كشش تسهيل عصبي– عضلاني با تمرينات برونگراي القاء كننده كوفتگي ميتواند بر كاهش انعطافپذيري و پارامترهاي عملکردي افراد مبتلا به كوفتگي عضلاني تأخيري اثربخش باشد.
