تاثير فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم بر پيامدهاي شغلي با ميانجيگري رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: يکي از شرايط مهم براي حفظ و نگهداري نيروي انساني ماهر ايجاد محيط کاري سالم و امن ميباشد تا از طريق آن ميزان پيامدهاي منفي شغل کاهش يافته و پيامدهاي مثبت شغلي نيروي انساني ماهر سازمانها و موسسات افزايش يابد. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم بر پيامدهاي شغلي با ميانجيگري رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي در بين اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه علوم پژشکي شهيد بهشتي به اجرا در آمد.
روش بررسي: اين پژوهش توصيفي- همبستگي از نوع مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش 895 نفر از اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه علوم پزشکي شهيد بهشتي بود که از ميان آنان 225 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب شدند که براي تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد. براي گردآوري داده ها، از پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها و بررسي روابط بين متغيرها از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و روش مدليابي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شد.
يافته ها: بررسي تجزيه و تحليل آماري نشان داد که بين متغيرهاي فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم با پيامدهاي مثبت شغلي، عملکرد شغلي و رفتار شهروندي سازماني رابطه معنيداري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد که بين متغيرهاي فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم با پيامدهاي منفي شغلي، رفتار کاري ضد توليد، فرسودگي شغلي و قصد ترک شغل رابطه معني دار وجود دارد بيشترين ميزان همبستگي معنيدار به رابطه بين استقلال شغلي با عملکرد شغلي (77/0=r) مربوط ميشود. علاوه براين نتايج نشان داد که متغيرهاي فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم بر پيامدهاي شغلي مثبت با ميانجيگري رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي تاثير مثبت ميگذارد. همچنين متغيرهاي فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم بر پيامدهاي شغلي منفي با ميانجيگري رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي تاثير منفي ميگذارد.
نتيجه گيري: اين نتايج بر ضرورت بازشناسي نقش ميانجي رضايت شغلي و امنيت شغلي در بررسي رابطه علي فاکتورهاي محيط کاري سالم با پيامدهاي آن تاکيد ميکند.
