آگاهي و نگرش کنترل آلودگي هواي شهر تهران از منظر سالمندان و زنان باردار در سال 1396

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: آلودگي هواي شهر تهران زندگي افراد پرخطر ازجمله سالمندان و زنان باردار را تحت تأثير قرار ميدهد. لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي آگاهي و نگرش کنترل آلودگي هواي شهر تهران از منظر سالمندان و زنان باردار انجام پذيرفت.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه مقطعي تحليلي در سال 1396 ميان (150 زن باردار و 150 سالمند) با نمونهگيري خوشهاي در 4 بخش شمال، جنوب، غرب و شرق تهران انجام پذيرفت. گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامهاي روا و پايا 24 سؤالي جهت دريافت آگاهي و نگرش افراد در مورد کنترل آلودگي هوا انجام شد. براي تجزيهوتحليل دادهها از آزمونهاي آماري کاي دو و سطح معنيداري آزمونها 05/P<0 در نظر گرفته شد.
يافتهها: 54 درصد سالمندان و 60 درصد زنان باردار آگاهي مناسبي در خصوص پيامدهاي آلودگي هوا داشتند. آزمونهاي آماري بيانگر ارتباط معنيدار ميان سطح تحصيلات با آگاهي افراد سالمند (01/0=p) و زنان باردار (03/0=p) بود. نگرش افراد بدين گونه بود که 6/56 درصد زنان باردار و 3/61 درصد سالمندان به ماليات نشر معتقد بودند بطوريکه آنها استفاده از خودروهاي شخصي را عامل اصلي آلودگي هواي شهر تهران ميدانستند. با استفاده از آزمونهاي آماري ميان سطح تحصيلات افراد با نگرش مثبت آنها اختلاف معنيدار بود.
نتيجهگيري: پيشنهاد ميشود در شهر تهران نيز همانند ساير شهرهاي آلوده جهان به چهار نگرش عمده کنترل آلودگي هوا (استاندارد نشر، استاندارد کيفيت هوا، ماليات نشر و هزينه سود) در راستاي کاهش آلودگي هوا و ارتقا سلامت مردم توجه شود.
