بررسي ارتباط نگرش ايمني و استرس شغلي در کارگران دکل بند مخابراتي

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: کار در دکلهاي مخابراتي ازجمله شغلهاي پرمخاطره است که حوادث جبرانناپذيري مانند سقوط از ارتفاع را به همراه دارد. سنجش نگرش ايمني افراد دکل بند در شناسايي وضعيت ايمني موجود و اجراي راهکارهاي کنترلي مؤثر است. اثرات سوء استرس شغلي گسترده است. اين مطالعه باهدف بررسي ارتباط نگرش ايمني و استرس شغلي در کارگران دکل بند مخابراتي انجام شد.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي مقطعي بود که در سال 1395 و در بين دکل بندان يک شرکت پيمانکاري فعال در حوزه نصب و استقرار دکلهاي مخابراتي در سطح کشور انجام شد. از مجموع 93 نفر کارگر، تعداد 60 نفر از آنها بهصورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. ابزار مورداستفاده بهمنظور جمعآوري اطلاعات شامل 3 بخش سؤالات جمعيت شناختي، نگرش ايمني و نيز پرسشنامه خود گزارشي استرس شغلي بود. جهت تجزيهوتحليل دادهها از آمار توصيفي، آزمونهاي آماري کاي اسکوتر، آزمونتي، تحليل واريانس و رگرسيون خطي با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 21 استفاده شد.
يافتهها: 7/53 درصد دکل بندان داراي نگرش ايمني منفي و 3/46 درصد ديگر نيز داراي نگرش ايمني مثبت بودند. بين متغيرهاي عنوان شغلي، سن، تحصيلات، سابقه کار افراد و فعاليت منظم ورزشي با ميانگين نمره نگرش ايمني ارتباط معنيداري وجود داشت (05/0>P). بين سطوح کيفي استرس شغلي و سطوح کيفي نگرش ايمني ارتباط معني داري يافت شد (03/0=P). بُعد «نقش» تأثير مثبت برافزايش نمره نگرش ايمني داشت (05/0>P).
نتيجهگيري: در فعاليت پرخطر دکل بندي، افرادي که به دلايل فردي و سازماني دچار استرس شغلي ميشوند در کاهش نگرش ايمني آنان اثر سوء ميگذارد. ابهام نقش و تضاد نقش مهمترين علل کاهش نگرش ايمني است.
