چکیده
سابقه و هدف: مرگ و مير ناشي از حوادث ترافيکي يکي از معضلات بهداشت عمومي است که ميتواند باعث بروز صدمات و ضايعات غيرقابل برگشت و تحميل هزينههاي سنگين بر جامعه شود لذا اين مطالعه با هدف شناسايي بررسي فراواني سوانح ترافيکي منجر به جرح و فوت و عوامل موثر بر آن در سال 1392 انجام شد.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه توصيفي و تحليلي بر روي کليه مراجعين به بخش اورژانس بيمارستانهاي شهرستانهاي امام خميني ساري، رازي قائمشهر، شهيد بهشتي بابل در شش ماهه اول سال 1392 انجام شد. اطلاعات مربوطه از پروندههاي در دسترس به صورت چک ليست مرکز مديريت بيماريها و نيز مصاحبه و مشاهده جمعآوري شد. دادهها در نرمافزار آماري SPSS 17 و با روشهاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمونهاي کاي اسکور) تحليل شد.
يافتهها: نتايج نشان داد که بين مرگ و مير ناشي از حوادث ترافيکي در مراجعين به بيمارستانهاي مورد مطالعه با سن حادثه ديده (03/0 P= )، جنس (04/0 P=)، محل حادثه (005/0 P=)، نوع حادثه ( (000/0= P)، نحوه انتقال به بيمارستان (001/0 P=)، سابقه کار پرسنل اورژانس (001/0> p) رابطه معنيداري وجود داشت.
نتيجهگيري: سن، جنس ، مکان حادثه، نوع حادثه، نحوه انتقال و سابقه کار پرسنل اورژانس جزء عوامل موثر بر سوانح منجر به جرح يا فوت بودهند که در اين راستا پيشنهاد ميگردد علاوه بر آموزش و فرهنگسازي مخصوصا در حوادث جادهاي، سياستگزاران بايد در مورد ايمني جادهها و استاندارد کردن آنها و ايجاد امکانات براي انتقال فوري بيماران به بيمارستان و به کارگيري پرسنل با تجربه در اورژانس بيمارستانها برنامهريزي نمايند.
