چکیده
سابقه و هدف: ورزش از اجزاي مهم در سلامت افراد هست، اما متأسفانه ممکن است باعث افزايش خطر بروز آسيب شود که به نوبه خود منجر به تحميل بار اقتصادي، فيزيکي و رواني گردد. با توجه به اهميت تأثير صدمات ورزشي در زندگي افراد بررسي ميزان صدمات ورزشي و عوامل تأثيرگذار بر اين آسيبها حائز اهميت هست. اين مطالعه باهدف تعيين فراواني صدمات ورزشي و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مراجعهکنندگان به مرکز آموزشي درماني پورسينا در شهر رشت 1393 انجام شد.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه توصيفي-مقطعي بود که در مراجعين به اورژانس مرکز آموزشي درماني پورسيناي رشت که دچار آسيبديدگي ناشي از ورزش شدهاند در سال 1393 انجام گرفت. نمونهگيري به روش در دسترس بود. در اين تحقيق براي جمعآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيک و عوامل مرتبط با صدمات ورزشي استفاده گرديد. پس از کسب مجوز و رضايت از نمونههاي پژوهش دادهها جمعآوري شد. دادهها با نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 20 مورد تجزيهوتحليل قرار گرفت.
يافتهها: ميانگين سني نمونههاي موردمطالعه 01/10±98/22 سال بود. رشته ورزشي اکثراً افراد بازيهاي با توپ (4/63%) و سپس ورزشهاي رزمي (5/16%) بود. 5/58 درصد آسيبها در ورزشکاران بهصورت شکستگي و 4/74 درصد در اندامهاي فوقاني و تحتاني بود. 46 درصد افراد نيز بعد از آسيبديدگي با آتل يا گچ درمان شدند. بين عضو آسيبديده با رشته ورزشي (008/0=P)، نوع آسيبديدگي و درمانهاي انجامشده (0001/0=P) پيامد ناشي از آسيب (007/0=P) ارتباط آماري معناداري ديده شد.
نتيجهگيري: بسياري از آسيبهاي ورزشي و عوارض ناشي از آن قابلپيشگيري هستند، لذا بهترين راه مقابله با آسيبديدگي در مرحله اول آشنايي با عوامل آسيبزا و چگونگي پيشگيري از آسيبها و در مرحله بعد، نحوه درمان آنهاست.
