چکیده
چکيده
سابقه و هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي تکنسينهاي فوريتهاي پزشکي مرکز اورژانس تهران ميباشد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش، توصيفي پيمايشي از نوع کاربردي ميباشد. به دليل وجود سه گروه (تکنسينهاي فوريتهاي پزشکي، تکنسينهاي ارشد، سرپرستان و مديران ارشد) در پژوهش از دو روش نمونهگيري (تصادفي طبقهاي و روش در دسترس) استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوري دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخت بود. اعتبار صوري و محتوايي اين پرسشنامه توسط متخصصين تائيد و ضريب پايايي (آلفاي کرون باخ) براي مجموع سؤالات، 4/97% محاسبه شد. دادهها توسط پرسشگران آموزشديده جمعآوري و سپس با نرمافزار SPSS ورژن 23 تحليل شد.
يافتهها: بر اساس نتايج، اولويت نيازهاي آموزشي در حوزه نظري به ترتيب مسائل قانوني و حقوقي حرفه فوريتهاي پزشکي، وظايف تکنسينها در بحران و اصول گزارشنويسي بود. افزون بر آن اولويتهاي آموزش عملي، مربوط به زايمانهاي خارج از بيمارستان، مواجهه با اورژانسهاي محيطي، بيماريهاي رواني، بيماريهاي مسري و قابلانتقال، مراقبت از بيماران سوختگي، گزارشنويسي و تکميل فرم عملياتي بود. پايينترين نمره در نگرش مربوط به اثربخشي دورههاي آموزشي بود که خود تأييدي بر اهميت و ضرورت نيازسنجي و ارائه دورههاي مرتبط با نيازهاي کارکنان بود.
نتيجهگيري: اين پژوهش، بر ضرورت انجام نيازسنجي مطابق با نيازها و ضرورتهاي شغلي کارکنان در برنامهريزي و طراحي دورههاي آموزشي تأکيد دارد.
