چکیده
سابقه و هدف: مطالعات پيشين نشان دادهاند که برنامه جامع گرم کردن +11 فيفا در پيشگيري از بروز آسيب فوتباليستها مؤثر است. با توجه به اينکه پايداري پويا در حين تکليف پرش- فرود تکپا يکي از عوامل خطر داخلي اصلي آسيب اندام تحتاني در فوتبال ميباشد، اما اطلاعات کمي در مورد تأثير اين برنامه بر پايداري پويا وجود دارد؛ بنابراين هدف اين پژوهش بررسي اثر برنامه +11 فيفا بر پايداري پوياي فوتباليستهاي نوجوان 14-16 سال ميباشد.
روش بررسي: تعداد 30 بازيکن بهصورت تصادفي به دو گروه (15 نفر گروه تجربي و 15 نفر گروه کنترل) تقسيم شدند. افراد سابقه آسيب در اندام تحتاني نداشتند. گروه کنترل تمرينات رايج خود را انجام دادند. گروه تجربي ابتدا تمرينات پيشگيري از آسيب 11+ فيفا را بهعنوان گرم کردن و در ادامه تمرينات رايج فوتبال را انجام ميدادند. اين تمرينات سه جلسه در هفته و به مدت هشت هفته اجرا شدند. پايداري پويا (مدتزمان رسيدن به پايداري) با استفاده از آزمون پرش- فرود تکپا روي صفحه نيرو سنجيده شد. از آزمون آماري تحليل واريانس با اندازههاي تکراري براي تجزيهوتحليل دادهها استفاده شد. از آزمونهاي t وابسته و مستقل نيز براي بررسي اختلافات درونگروهي و بين گروهي استفاده شد (P≤05/0 ).
يافتهها: تفاوت معناداري در مدتزمان رسيدن به ثبات در جهتهاي قدامي- خلفي (004/0=P) و داخلي- خارجي(001/0=P ) در بازيکنان گروه تجربي در پسآزمون در مقايسه با گروه کنترل مشاهده شد.
نتيجهگيري: بر اساس نتايج اين مطالعه، برنامه پيشگيري از آسيب 11+ فيفا، احتمالاً از طريق بهبود حس عمقي و همچنين افزايش هماهنگي عصبي- عضلاني، ميتواند باعث افزايش پايداري پويا شود.
