تأثير آموزش مبتني بر نظريه رفتار برنامهريزيشده بر رفتارهاي پيشگيريکننده از پرخاشگري

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: رفتارهاي پرخاشگري در ميان کودکان رايج است. نظر به اهميت آموزش در ارتقاي رفتارهاي پيشگيريکننده از پرخاشگري، اين مطالعه باهدف تعيين تأثير آموزش مبتني بر نظريه رفتار برنامهريزيشده بر پيشگيري از پرخاشگري در دختران پنجم ابتدايي شهر کرج در سال تحصيلي 94-1393 انجام شد.
روش بررسي: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مداخله آموزشي بود. اين مطالعه روي 144 دانشآموز (73 نفر گروه مداخله، 71 نفر گروه کنترل) انجام شد. دانش آموزان از طريق روش نمونهگيري تصادفي چندمرحلهاي انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگيري پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روايي و پايايي آن مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و در دو زمان (قبل و دو ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشي) توسط گروهها تکميل شد. بعد از انجام پيشآزمون 8 جلسه آموزشي براي دانش آموزان گروه مداخله برگزار شد، درنهايت دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با استفاده از آزمونهاي تي مستقل، تي زوجي، رگرسيون خطي و آناليز کوواريانس مورد تجزيهوتحليل قرار گرفت.
يافتهها: ميانگين نمرات نگرش (001/0 P<)، قصد (001/0 P<)، کنترل رفتاري درک شده (001/0 P<) و رفتار پيشگيري از پرخاشگري (001/0 P<) در گروه مداخله بعد از آموزش تفاوت معنيداري با گروه کنترل داشت. آزمون رگرسيون خطي نشان داد، کنترل رفتاري درک شده داراي بيشترين اثر پيشبيني کنندگي قصد(001/0 p<, 438/0 β =) و رفتار پيشگيري از پرخاشگري (040/0 p<, 267/0 β =) بود.
نتيجهگيري: نتايج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد سازه کنترل رفتاري درک شده بيشترين اثر پيشبيني کنندگي قصد و رفتار پيشگيري از پرخاشگري را دارد و با تغيير آن ميتوان تا حدودي از بروز رفتار پرخاشگرانه در دانش آموزان پيشگيري کرد.
