شيوع اختلالات اسكلتي – عضلاني ناشي از کار در اندام هاي فوقاني: مطالعه مرور سيستماتيك و متاآناليز

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: امروزه در بسياري از كشورها پيشگيري از اختلالات اسكلتي- عضلاني ناشي از كار بهصورت يك ضرورت و اولويت ملي درآمده است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعيين ميزان شيوع اختلالات اسكلتي- عضلاني ناشي از كار در ايران، جهت دستيابي به نتايجي كامل باقدرت آماري بالا، به روش متا آناليز انجام شد.
روش بررسي: مطالعه حاضر مرور سيستماتيک ومتاآناليز است كه با استفاده از کليدواژههاي معتبر و جستجو در موتور جستجوگرscholar Google و پايگاههاي SID، Magiran، Medlib، Medex Iran، Pubmed و scopus اجرا شد. جهت بررسي ناهمگني در مطالعات از شاخص ناهمگنيI2 استفاده شد. دادهها با روش متا آناليز و با استفاده از مدل اثرات تصادفي مورد تجزيهوتحليل قرار گرفتند.
يافتهها: تعداد27 مقاله مرتبط با ميزان شيوع اختلالات اسكلتي- عضلاني در سالهاي 2001 تا 2010 در نواحي مختلف ايران به دست آمد. کل حجم نمونه موردبررسي در ايران، 6090 نفر با ميانگين 225 نمونه در هر مطالعه بود. ميزان شيوع اختلالات اسكلتي- عضلاني در گردن 8/31 % (فاصله اطمينان 95%:4/39- 1/24)، شانه 8/36% (فاصله اطمينان 95%: 1/44 – 4/29)، آرنج 4/17٪ (فاصله اطمينان 95%:1/22 – 7/12)، مچ دست 6/34% (فاصله اطمينان 95%: 42 – 1/27) و ناحيه فوقاني پشت 1/38% (فاصله اطمينان 95%:4/46- 9/29) محاسبه گرديد.
نتيجهگيري: شيوع اختلالات اسكلتي- عضلاني ناشي از كار در اندامهاي فوقاني بدن بهخصوص در قسمت شانه و پشت در ايران بالا است. برنامههاي آموزش ارگونومي و بهداشت حرفهاي جهت کاهش ريسک ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتي- عضلاني مرتبط با کار توصيه ميگردد.
