مطالعه ایزوترم و عوامل مؤثر بر رنگ بری متيلن بلو با استفاده از پودر کربن فعال تهیهشده از برگ درخت انگور

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: یکی از تکنولوژیهای مؤثر برای تصفيه فاضلابهای رنگی، استفاده از جاذبهای طبيعی است. فرایند جذب سطحی به دلایلی ازجمله هزینه پایین و توانایی اجرای آسانتر و عدم حساسیت نسبت به مواد سمی نسبت به سایر روشها در اولویت قرار دارد. لذا هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی ایزوترم و عوامل مؤثر بر رنگ بری متيلن بلو با استفاده از پودر کربن فعال تهیهشده از برگ درخت انگور است.
روش بررسي: مطالعه حاضر بهصورت تجربی و در مقیاس آزمایشگاهی پارامترهایی از قبیل غلظت اولیه ماده رنگی، دوز ماده جاذب و زمان تماس در يک سيستم ناپیوسته موردبررسی قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر کارایی حذف 100% رنگ را در دو غلظت 10 و 100 میلیگرم بر لیتر با دوز جاذب 2 گرم در لیتر و زمان تماس 90 و 70 دقیقه در pH برابر با 7 را نشان داد. فرايند جذب رنگ متیلن بلو از ایزوترم های فروندلیچ (994/0=R2) و لانگمویر (984/0=R2) پیروی میکند که با استفاده از مدل فروندلیچ حداکثر ظرفیت جذب این رنگزا 77/25 میلیگرم برگرم ماده جاذب محاسبه گردید.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج، کربن فعال تهیهشده از برگ درخت انگور از ظرفیت بالایی در جذب رنگ متیلن بلو از محلولهای آبی برخوردار است.
