تعیین ویژگیهای شناختی- رفتاری رانندگان اتوبوس و کامیون طی سوانح ترافیکی 1393-1392

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: وسايل نقليه از ویژگیهای تمدن است و رانندگي بهعنوان امري ضروري در فعالیتهای مختلف زندگي روزمره همچون كار، زندگي اجتماعي و تفريح بهحساب میآید. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین ویژگیهای شناختی- رفتاری رانندگان اتوبوس و کامیون طی سوانح ترافیکی در سال 92 انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در اين تحقيق 800 راننده پایهیک به روش مقطعی بررسی شدند. آزمودنیها از ميان رانندگانی که جهت انجام تست عدم اعتياد برای دريافت يا تمديد گواهينامه پایهیک رانندگي در سالهای 1393-1392 به بيمارستان سجاد ناجا مراجعه کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند. برای ارزيابي سلامت رواني رانندگان از مصاحبه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش آمار نا پارامتریک (من ویتنی) و تحلیل چند متغیره استفاده شد.
یافتهها: ميانگين سني رانندگان برابر با 46.5 و انحراف معیار 11.44 بود. نتایج نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات افسردگی و رانندگانی که سابقه تصادف داشته و نداشتهاند تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد (P.value <0.05). افسردگی و اضطراب به میزان 3.6 و 2.6 شانس تصادفات رانندگی را افزایش میداد. از بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی فقط نوروز گرایی شانس وقوع تصادفات را 1.05 برابر بیشتر میکرد و بقیه عوامل شخصیتی در وقوع تصادفات معنیدار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: برخی از اختلالات روانی بر رفتار رانندگي و رخداد تصادفات تأثیر دارند. با توجه به اهميت و حساسيت رفتار رانندگي در رخداد تصادفات انجام ارزیابیهای روانشناختی جامعتری در بين رانندگان قبل و بعد از دريافت گواهينامه ضروری است.
