نقش تقلیل غذا در درمان بیماریها از دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران و طب مدرن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تقلیل غذا امروزه در دنیا به عنوان شیوه شناختهشده درمان بیماریها به اثبات رسیده است و دانشمندان بسیاری در این حوزه مشغول مطالعات مختلف میباشند که بیانگر اهمیت پرداختن به این موضوع است. در منابع ارزشمند طب سنتی ایران نیز کاهش غذا در درمان بیماریها از اولویتهای مهم درمان ذکر شده است. حکیم ابن سینا نیز در کتاب ارزشمند قانون به کاهش غذا به عنوان قدم اولیه درمان اشاره کرده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه که یک بررسی مروری و کتابخانهای میباشد به بررسی نقش کاهش غذا در درمان بیماریها از نگاه طب سنتی و با واژه کلیدی Food Restriction در منابع طب مدرن پرداخته شده است. کتب معتبر طب سنتی ایران و پایگاههای مطالعاتی مختلف مورد جستجو و بررسی قرار گرفتهاند.
یافتهها: در این مطالعه با برقراری ارتباط بین تأثیرات کاهش غذا از نگاه طب سنتی و مدرن این شیوه به عنوان یکی از مهمترین و کاربردیترین راههای کنترل و درمان بیماریها معرفی شده است، به طوری که در برخی شرایط صرفاً با کاهش و مدیریت نوع و مقدار غذا میتوان بیماری را درمان نمود.
نتیجهگیری: کاهش غذا به عنوان قدم اولیه در درمان بیماریهای مختلف باید مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گیرد.
