اولویتبندی مفردات توصیهشده برای تسهیل زایمان طبیعی در منابع طب ایرانی در دوره تمدن اسلامی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: زایمان طولانی و دشوار که از عوارض احتمالی زایمان طبیعی است، مشکلات متعددی را برای مادر و نوزاد ایجاد میکند. طب سنتی ایران به عنوان یک مکتب طبی کهن مباحث گستردهای را در زمینه سلامت بارداری و روشهای تسهیل زایمان بیان و تدابیر دارویی و مفردههای خاصی را برای ماه نهم بارداری و حین زایمان ارائه نموده است. این توصیهها میتواند به زایمان آسانتر، کمخطرتر و کمدردتر کمک کند. هدف از این مطالعه اولویتبندی مفردههایی است که در متون کهن توسط دانشمندان و حکیمان ایرانی برای تسهیل و تسریع زایمان توصیه شدهاند.
روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مروری است که در آن، کتب معتبر طب سنتی قرون مختلف دوره تمدن اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مفردات مؤثر بر تسهیل زایمان با استفاده از کلیدواژههایی همچون دشوارزایی، خروج جنین، عسر ولادت، تسهیل زایمان، طب ایرانی و تاریخ پزشکی جستجو شدند. مراحل انجام تحقیق شامل: تطبیق موضوع، یافتن کلیدواژهها، شناسایی منابع مورد نظر، جستوجو در منابع و یافتن مفردات، استخراج میزان و شدت تاثیر درمانی مفردات و تهیه جداول، بازبینی عبارات و یافتن مترادفات، جمعبندی، امتیازدهی، اولویتبندی و رسم نمودار بود.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مطالعه کلیه اصول اخلاقی مربوط به پژوهشهای مروری مانند اصالت متون و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: مفردات دارويي موثر در تسهیل زایمان كه طبق مراحل انجام تحقيق جمعبندي، نمرهدهي و اولويتبندي شدند، شامل 279 مفرده بودند كه منشأ گياهي، حيواني يا معدني داشتند. از بين اين مفردات، سنگ آهنربا با 39 امتیاز، جندبیدستر با 35 امتیاز، شنبلیله، زعفران، مار و فلوس با 32 امتیاز، جاوشیر با 31 امتیاز و حمار با 29 امتیاز در اولویتهای اول تا پنجم قرار گرفتند.
نتیجهگیری: مفردات دارويي شناساییشده در اين مطالعه ميتواند مبناي انجام مطالعات پايه و باليني براي تهيه داروهاي گياهي مناسب و مؤثر در تسهیل زایمان باشد.
