درمانهای گیاهی اگزما با رویکردی به کتاب دوم قانون ابن سینا

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اگزما یا درماتیت یک اختلال التهابی جلدی مزمن و مکرر است که باعث خارش، خشکی جلد و بروز ضایعات پوستی قرمز و ترشحدار میگردد. در طب سنتی ایران، برای درمان اگزما که با عنوان «نارالفارسی» شناخته شده است، گیاهان متعددی به شکل خوراکی و موضعی کاربرد داشتهاند. در این مطالعه گیاهان مؤثر بر اگزما در کتاب قانون ابن سینا به عنوان مهمترین منبع طب سنتی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند.
روش: در مطالعه پژوهشی حاضر، به منظور شناسایی گیاهان مؤثر بر اگزما، کتاب دوم قانون با واژه کلیدی «نارالفارسی» مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پس از استخراج نامهای سنتی گیاهان، اسامی علمی آنها به کمک کتب مرجع گیاهشناسی شناسایی شدند، سپس تحقیقات گستردهای در پایگاههای علمی جدید مانند گوگل اسکولار، اسکوپوس و پابمد تا دیماه ۱۴۰۲ انجام شد تا اثرات ضد اگزما، ضد التهاب و ضد میکروبی این گیاهان در مطالعات جدید بررسی گردند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبههای اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانهای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: حدود 8 نام سنتی از گیاهان مورد استفاده در بهبود اگزما از کتاب دوم قانون استخراج و اسامی علمی آنها شناسایی شد. مطالعات جدید اثرات ضد التهابی و آنتیباکتریال بسیاری از این گیاهان را آشکار ساخته است.
نتیجهگیری: اگرچه اثرات بسیاری از گیاهان شناساییشده در منابع طب سنتی ایران بر روی اگزما در منابع جدید مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است، ولی این گیاهان با دارابودن اثرات ثابتشده در زمینه بهبود التهاب و عفونت میتوانند گزینههای مناسبی برای مطالعات بیشتر در زمینه بهبود اگزما باشند.
