بررسی و اولویتبندی مفردات مؤثر در درمان شپش سر در منابع منتخب طب سنتی ایرانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شپش سر به عنوان یکی از معضلات بهداشتی در سطح جهانی شناخته میشود. افزایش مقاومت این انگل به درمانهای متداول و نیاز به روشهای درمانی مؤثر و بیخطر اهمیت بررسی روشهای سنتی را دوچندان کرده است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی و معرفی داروهای مفرده موجود در منابع طب سنتی ایرانی است که برای درمان شپش سر توصیه شدهاند.
روش: این مطالعه یک تحقیق اصیل بر اساس متون معتبر طب ایرانی است. ابتدا مفردات دارویی ذکرشده در درمان شپش سر در جلد دوم کتاب «القانون فی الطب» ابن سینا جمعآوری شده و سپس نظرات دانشمندان در کتابهای برگزیده داروسازی سنتی به جداول و اطلاعات قبلی افزوده شده است. مراحل انجام تحقیق شامل تعیین واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با عنوان، جستجو در متون، تهیه لیست واحد، یافتن مترادفها و اسامی علمی، بازبینی، خروج مفردات از ترکیبات، جمعبندی، نمرهدهی و اولویتبندی بوده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبههای اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانهای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: در مطالعه حاضر 47 مفرده دارویی در درمان شپش سر جستجو و معرفی شدند که ۷۰ درصد آنها دارای منشأ گیاهی، ۱۸ درصد معدنی و ۱۲ درصد حیوانی هستند. با در نظرگرفتن معیارهای تعریفشده، مفرده دارویی چغندر (9 امتیاز) از لحاظ اثر ضد شپش سر بیشترین نمره را كسب نمود. مفردات عسل، جیوه و قطران با کسب 8 امتیاز و مفردات سیسنبر و نخاله (سبوس) عدس با کسب 6 امتیاز در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. همچنین بیشترین شیوه دارورسانی توصیهشده، شستن سر (44 درصد) است.
نتیجهگیری: مفردات دارویی معرفیشده در این مطالعه، میتوانند مبنای انجام مطالعات پایه و بالینی متعدد جهت تولید داروهای طبیعی مناسب در درمان شپش سر قرار گیرند و در صورت تأیید، در صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی کشور برای کمک به درمان این معضل مورد استفاده واقع شوند.
