تحولات تاریخی حفاظت از دارو از عهد پیشامدرن تا عصر پسامدرن: رویکردی حقوقی در جعل دارو

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بررسی سیر تحولات روشهای حفاظت از دارو از دوره پیشامدرن تا پسامدرن در 3000 سال قبل از میلاد تاکنون برای دستیابی به درک جامعی از شناسایی روندها، الگوهای تاریخی و راهبردهای مبتنی بر شواهد در راستای پرداختن به معضل داروهای تقلبی در عصر حاضر، حیاتی است. ردیابی این مسیر تکاملی، بینشهای ارزشمندی را در زمینه بافت تاریخی، چالشها و پیشرفتهای حاصلشده در مقابله با عمل غیر قانونی تولید و توزیع داروهای تقلبی ارائه میکند. این نوشتار به مسیر تاریخی تلاشها برای محافظت از محصولات دارویی با هدف منع جعل در طول زمان میپردازد و تحولات تاریخی کلیدی، نوآوریها و چهارچوبهای نظارتی را که چشمانداز ایمنی دارویی و اقدامات ضد جعل را شکل دادهاند، به تصویر میکشد.
روش: این تحقیق به شیوه تحلیلی ـ توصیفی و به روش کمّی دورهپژوهی و بر پایه مستندات و منابع آرشیوی معتبر شامل کتب و مقالات داخلی و خارجی با جستجوی واژگان کلیدی قوانین، حفاظت از دارو، سلامت عمومی، جعل، دوران باستان، مدرن و پسامدرن در پایگاه علمی الکترونیکی گوگل اسکولار، به بررسی وضعیت حفاظت از محصولات دارویی و چگونگی تکامل قوانین و مقررات آن در بازه زمانی 3000 سال قبل از میلاد تا سال 2024 پرداخته است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مطالعه ملاحظات اخلاقی، صداقت و امانتداری در ارجاع متون به منابع مورد استفاده، رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: تکامل اقدامات قانونی برای حمایت از محصولات دارویی نشاندهنده گذار از قوانین عرفی بدوی به چهارچوبهای رسمی در دوران مدرن است. معرفی دارونامهها و قوانین حمایت از مصرفکننده، پیشرفتهای قابل توجهی را در تنظیم کیفیت و اصالت دارو نشان داد. رویکردهای قانونی و اخلاقی برای حمایت از محصولات دارویی از دوران پیشامدرن تا پسامدرن تکامل چشمگیری یافته و با پیشرفتهای تکنولوژیکی همراه شده است.
نتیجهگیری: با الهام از تحولات تاریخی و انطباق با چالشهای جدید، بر لزوم تداوم هوشیاری و توسعه نوآوری و فناوریهای نوین در محافظت از سلامت عمومی و اطمینان از ایمنی و اثربخشی محصولات دارویی، تأکید میشود. تغییر راهبردهای قانونی مربوط به شیوههای نظارتی از رویکرد واکنشی، به موضع فعال و عملی متمرکز بر پیشگیری، ضروری است.
