مروری بر مفردات دارویی مؤثر بر بهداشت پوست و مو از دیدگاه طب ایرانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به آگاهی بیشتر افراد نسبت به بهداشت، استفاده از مواد بهداشتی به طور فزایندهای افزایش یافته است و برای تأمین این تقاضا، انواع مواد شوینده عرضه میگردد، اما این پاککنندههای شیمیایی علیرغم فواید بیشمار، دارای آسیبهای زیادی برای انسان و محیط زیست هستند. در مکتب طب ایرانی، حکیمان زیادی به معرفی انواع مفردات با خاصیت پاککنندگی پرداختهاند که خطرات شویندههای شیمیایی را با خود به همراه ندارند. این پژوهش به معرفی انواع مفردات مؤثر در حفظ و ارتقای سلامت پوست و مو در کتب طب ایرانی میپردازد.
روش: مطالعه حاضر با تکیه بر جستجو در مستندات کتابخانهای و دادههای پایگاههای اطلاعاتی خارجی و داخلی معتبر، مانند Web of Science، Science direct، Scopus، ISC و Magiran انجام گرفته است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش جنبههای اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانهای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: حکیمان مکتب ایرانی در آثار خود ضمن معرفی انواع مفردات به خواص آنان در پاککنندگی، حفظ سلامت و پیشگیری و درمان بیماریهای پوست و مو پرداختهاند. در بین این مفردات، خواص گیاهانی مانند اشنان، سدر، حنا، گل ختمی و مواد معدنی مانند اسفیداج و بوره بسیار مورد توجه بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: مفردات طبیعی پاککننده دارای خواص بسیاری از جمله تجدیدپذیری، هزینه کمتر، پایداری بیشتر و سمیت کم انسانی و زیستی هستند، لذا پیشنهاد میشود با انجام آزمایشات بالینی و اثبات این مزایا، آنان را معرفی و با آگاهکردن افراد نسبت به استفاده از آنها، آسیبهای انسانی و زیستی حاصل از تولید و استفاده شویندههای شیمیایی را کاهش داد.
