مروری بر خونریزی و علل آن از دیدگاه طب ایرانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خونریزی، خروج خون از دستگاه گردش خون است و می تواند به طور طبیعی و غیرطبیعی اتفاق بیفتد. خونریزی های شدید و حاد به علت از دست دادن حجم زیادی از خون و به دنبال آن شوک هیپوولمی، یکی از شایعترین علل مرگ محسوب می شوند. طب ایرانی نیز معتقد است که خونریزی سبب عوارض زیادی از جمله سقوط قوه و ضعف می شود که توجه به آن از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. هدف از این مطالعه شناخت اسباب و علل خونریزی در طب ایرانی می باشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مروری مطالب مربوط به انواع نزفالدم شامل تعريف، اسباب و علل از كتب طبی مرجع طب ایرانی از جمله القانون فیالطب، شروح قانون، اكسير اعظم و نرم افزار جامع طب نور مطالعه شد. در منابع طب رایج واژه خونریزی از کتاب هاریسون 2018 و پایگاههای معتبر مانندGoogle Scholar ،Up to Date ، Pubmedمورد جستجو قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: خونریزی در مبانی طب ایرانی به انواع طبیعی و غیرطبیعی تقسیم می شود. خونریزی غیرطبیعی که به آن نزفالدم اطلاق می شود سه سبب اصلی دارد: علل عروقی، علل خونی، عللی خارج از علل عروقی و خونی؛ علل عروقی به سه شکل باعث خونریزی می شوند: تفرق اتصال، انفتاح فوهات عروق و رشح. علل خونی نیز با تغییر در کمیت و کیفیت خون باعث خونریزی می شوند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تدوین این پژوهش، اصل امانتداری و صداقت استناد به متون مورد استفاده، اصالت منابع و پرهیز از جانبداری در مراجعه به متون یا تحلیلها، رعایت شده است.
نتیجهگیری: بررسی خونریزی اعضای مختلف در کتب طب ایرانی حاکی از این است که تغییرات در عروق یا خون می توانند سبب خونریزی شوند. همه ی این تغییرات در نهایت با انصداع یا انقطاع یا انفتاح فوهات عروق یا ترشح از رگ منجر به خونریزی می شوند. واکاوی رویکرد همه جانبه ی حکما به بحث خونریزی و اسباب موجبهی آن می تواند زمینه ساز استفاده از ظرفیت های طب ایرانی در پیشگیری و کنترل خونریزی در کنار طب رایج شود.
