مطالعه رابطه حکمرانی خوب سازمانی با اثربخشی و اخلاق سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان بانک مسکن استان اردبیل)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: در دنیای پیچیده و رقابتی امروز، ارتقای حکمرانی خوب سازمانی بهعنوان یکی از عوامل کلیدی در بهبود عملکرد، افزایش شفافیت و ارتقای رفتارهای اخلاقی کارکنان شناخته میشود. این پژوهش به دنبال آن است تا مشخص نماید که تا چه اندازه اجرای اصول حکمرانی خوب میتواند بر اثربخشی عملکرد سازمانی و ارتقاء سطح اخلاق حرفهای کارکنان بانک تأثیرگذار باشد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان و مدیران بانک مسکن استان اردبیل در سال 1402 بودند که براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 162 نفر به روش نمونهگیری منظم انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامههای حکمرانی مطلوب سازمانی علیپور (1393 ش.)، اثربخشی سازمانی امینی فسخودی و هادینژاد (1391 ش.) و اخلاق سازمانی Hunt و همکاران (1989 م.) بودند. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای SPSS 22 و AMOS استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از کسب اجازه از مدیریت بانک مسکن و بیان اهداف برای مشارکتکنندگان، رضایت آنها کسب و درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات به آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین حکمرانی مطلوب سازمانی و مؤلفههای آن با اثربخشی سازمانی (47/0 R =) و اخلاق سازمانی (45/0 R =) ارتباط مستقیم و معنیداری وجود داشت (p > 0/01). همچنین آزمون مدل ساختاری پژوهش نیز نشان داد که حکمرانی مطلوب سازمانی بر اثربخشی سازمانی (49/0β = ) و اخلاق سازمانی (46/0 β =) تأثیر مستقیمی دارد (p > 0/01).
نتیجهگیری: حکمرانی مطلوب سازمانی از طریق ایجاد شفافیت، افزایش پاسخگویی و ارتقای ظرفیتهای انسانی میتواند اثربخشی و اخلاق سازمانی را ارتقا دهد.
