مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای مدیران مدارس: سنتزپژوهی براساس مدل روبرتس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مدیران مراکز آموزشی نقش مهمی در پیشبرد اهداف نظامهای آموزشی دارند. از این رو شناسایی مؤلفههای اخلاقی مدیران مدارس ضرورتی مهم در نظام آموزشی میباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای مدیران است.
مواد و روشها: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و روش آن سنتزپژوهی بر اساس مدل روبرتس و همکاران (2007 م.) است. جامعه پژوهش، متشکل از 247 مقاله در زمینه مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای مدیران در طول سالهای 2000 تا 2020 میلادی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 37 مقاله است که به صورت هدفمند جمعآوری و بر اساس پایش موضوعی، دادهها انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش از تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه، گردآوری شدهاند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: تمام الزامات اخلاق پژوهشی در پایش مقالات مورد سنتز مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
یافتهها: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای مدیران در 4 بعد و عامل طبقهبندی شدند. این ابعاد شامل بعد فردی (مشتمل بر عوامل: ویژگی شخصیتی، مهارتهای ادراکی و تعهد دینی)، بعد سازمانی (مشتمل بر عوامل: تعاملات، اخلاقمداری سازمانی، تعهد، مدیریت فیزیکی، تخصص حرفهای، قوانین و مقررات، مدیریت منابع انسانی، پژوهشمحوری، تصمیمگیری اصولی و توسعه حرفهای)، بعد اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی (مشتمل بر عوامل: بصیرت فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی و مسؤولیتپذیری فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی) و بعد سیاسی ـ اقتصادی (شامل عوامل: بینش سیاسی و مدیریت اقتصادی) میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای مدیران مدارس در چهار بعد فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی و سیاسی ـ اقتصادی سازمان مییابد. وزارت آموزش و پرورش میتوانند با برگزاری دورههای ضمن خدمت و تدوین منشور اخلاقی برای مدیران مدارس زمینه اجرای هرچه بهتر این مؤلفهها را فراهم آورند.
