تأثیر اختلالات ژنتیکی کنشگران سیاسی بر استقرار صلح بینالمللی (مطالعه موردی: اختلال در عملکرد ژن مونوآمین اکسیدازـ آ MAOA)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات پیرامون استقرار صلح بینالمللی تاکنون به صورت گستردهای یا به تمرکز افراطی بر نقش دولت و نهادهای سیاسی اشتغال داشته یا اگر هم به نقش فرد انسانی معطوف شده، به عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر کنشگری انسان تمرکز کردهاند. حال آنکه هر کنش از کنشهای انسانی، تحت تأثیر زمینههای ژنتیک اثرگذار بر شخصیت او نیز قرار دارد. این پژوهش در وضعیت فقدان شدید پژوهشهای میان رشتهای در روابط بینالملل و علومسیاسی، به طرح این پرسش میپردازد که «وجود اختلالات ژنتیک از جمله اختلال در عملکرد ژن مونوآمین اکسیداز ـ آ (MAOA) در طبیعت ژنتیک کنشگران سیاسی، چه تأثیری بر صلح بینالمللی خواهد داشت؟»
مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش از روش تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی محتوای منابع کتابخانهای، با استفاده از مدل همبستگی ژن ـ محیط (rGE) اسکار و مککارتنی (1983 م.) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: با توجه به اینکه تنظیم مونوآمین اکسیدازها، در حفظ حالتهای روحی مهم است، کمبود آن منجر به بروز مجموعه گستردهای از رفتارهای خشونتزا و ضد اجتماعی میشود. چنانچه اختلال در عملکرد ژن کدکننده مونوآمین اکسیدازها منجر به کمبیانی آن شود، رفتار فرد را با مقادیری از خشونتزایی و خشونتطلبی همراه میسازد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: کلیه اصول اخلاقی پژوهش، از جمله امانتداری، صداقت و اصالت متن در فرایند نگارش این مقاله رعایت شده است.
نتیجهگیری: چنانچه در طبیعت ژنتیک هر یک از مقامات و رهبران سیاسی، اختلال کمبیانی ژن مونوآمین اکسیداز ـ آ (MAOA) وجود داشته باشد، از طریق خشونتآمیزساختن کنشهای آنان، منجر به فراخوانی چنین خشونتی از سوی دیگر همتایان آنها و نیز میل به یافتن یا ساختن جمعها یا ساختارهای خشن برای تعامل و ائتلاف خشونتآمیز خواهد شد و بدینترتیب استقرار صلح بینالمللی را با ناکامی مواجه میسازد.
