بررسی نقش اخلاق حرفهای بر آوای سازمانی معلمان با میانجیگری فضیلت سازمانی و کار تیمی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت ارائه دیدگاهها، پیشنهادات سازنده و نگرشهای مثبت در سازمانهای اخلاقمدار و نقشی که کار تیمی و فضیلت سازمانی در حس مسؤولیتپذیری و اعتماد در بین معلمان دارد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش اخلاق حرفهای بر آوای سازمانی معلمان با میانجیگری فضیلت سازمانی و کار تیمی در بین معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهر اردبیل به تعداد 3850 نفر بود که از این تعداد 350 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای برای جمع آوری دادهها انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد اخلاق حرفهای، فضیلت سازمانی، کار تیمی و آوای سازمانی استفاده شد. روش آماری مورد استفاده نیز معادلات ساختاری میباشد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که فضیلت سازمانی بر آوای سازمانی (49/0) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. فضیلت سازمانی بر کار تیمی (61/0) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. کار تیمی بر اخلاق حرفهای (57/0) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. آوای سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای (43/0) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. فضیلت سازمانی از طریق آوای سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای (21/0) اثر غیر مستقیم مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین فضیلت سازمانی از طریق کار تیمی بر اخلاق حرفهای (34/0) اثر غیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینانبخشی به شرکتکنندگان درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات و رضایت شفاهی آنان، پرسشنامهها بین شرکتگنندگان توزیع گردید.
نتیجهگیری: بنا به یافتههای پژوهش، مدیران سازمانهای آموزشی میتوانند به ارتقای اخلاقیات و حمایت از پیشنهادات سازنده در مدارس اقدام کنند و از این طریق به پرورش فضائل سازمانی و کار تیمی در بین معلمان کمک کنند.
