الویتبندی مؤلفههای مدلهای ملی مدیریت نوآوری در چرخه فرایندی استانداردهای توسعه پایدار با ساختارسازی اکوسیستمهای محیط زیست پایدار

چکیده
اثرات طبیعی و پدیدههای اجتماعی تغییرناپذیر نیستند، بلکه نتیجه ترکیبی از الگوهای ذهنی، ساختهای معنایی و رویکردهای غایی بوده و پیوسته در حال دگرگونی و تغییر، منطبق با تعاملات دیالکتیکی میباشند که همدیگر را مرتبط، محدود و مشروط مینمایند. احترام به محیط زیست هم از جانب مدیران و هم شهروندان نشانه اثرگذاریهای مثبتاندیش تکالیف شهروندی است. با عنایت به اینکه عملکرد نوآورانه هر کشور به وسیله نظام ملی نوآوری آن کشور تعیین میشود و با توجه به سیر تحولات آمایش جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بایستی شرایط به گونهای رقم خورد که اولویتهای نظام ملی مدیریت نوآوری با تضمین محیط زیستی پایدار ترسیم و در سطحی گستردهتر با ساختارسازیهای پیچیده تبیین گردد. با توجه به فرایند رشد، توسعه و پیشرفت کشور، مؤلفههای مدلهای ملی مدیریت نوآوری با ارتقای رقابتپذیری کشور، ارتقا و بهبود کیفیت و استانداردهای زندگی، تضمین محیط زیست پایدار، توسعه منابع انسانی و توسعه اجتماعی در چرخه فرایندی استانداردهای توسعه پایدار نمایان خواهد شد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پژوهش حاضر یک پرسشنامه محققساخته میباشد که بر اساس طیف پنج درجهای لیکرت، شامل 5 طیف بسیار زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و خیلی کم نظم داده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل تمامی افراد حاضر در اکوسیستمهای محیط زیست پایدار در جمهوری اسلامی ایران میباشد. نمونه در این پژوهش نمونهای هدفدار شامل تمامی افراد حاضر در اکوسیستمهای محیط زیست پایدار استان مازندران برابر با تعداد 384 نفر برآورد شده است. دادههای تحقیق با استفاده از فنون آماری مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و مقایسه قرار میگیرند. یافتهها به طور خلاصه نشانگر این است که تمامی ابعاد، مؤلفهها و متغیرهای مورد بررسی مدل مفهومی پژوهش در الویتبندی مدلهای ملی مدیریت نوآوری بر اساس متغیرهای محیط زیست پایدار تبیین شدهاند. به پژوهشگران آینده پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود در به کارگیری مدلهای ساختاری از الگوریتمهای پیچیدهتر برای برازش مدلهای سیستماتیک استفاده نمایند و چون مدلها ملی مدیریت نوآوری دارای متغیرهای پیچیده و زیادی میباشد، بهتر آن است که از روشهای پیشرفتهتر همانند شبکه عصبی مصنوعی برای تخمین آنها بهره ببرند.
