بررسی تأثیر الگوی توسعه فردی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد سازمانی، اخلاق حرفهای و حقوق شهروندی کارکنان

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر الگوی توسعه فردی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد سازمانی، اخلاق حرفهای و حقوق شهروندی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی با رویکرد کمی بود که از روش همبستگی به عنوان روش تحقیق استفاده کرده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی تهران بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 351 نفر به عنوان شرکتکنندگان تحقیق انتخاب شدند که برای نمونهگیری از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلداسمیت، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسعه فردی منابع انسانی، پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای و پرسشنامه حقوق شهروندی میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش معادلات ساختاری، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی استفاده شد. نرمافزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل LISREL و SPSS بود. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که الگوی توسعه فردی منابع انسانی بر عملکرد سازمانی، اخلاق حرفهای، حقوق شهروندی کارکنان تأثیر مثبت دارد. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند در اتخاذ تدابیر توسعه اخلاق حرفهای، عملکرد سازمانی و حقوق شهروندی کارکنان مؤثر باشد.
