تبیین نقش مبانی انسانشناختی سیاست سکولار در تحقق حقوق شهروندی و مقایسه آن با مبانی اسلام

چکیده
حقوق شهروندی، از ضروریات جامعه انسانی است و حکومتها نیز بر اساس مبانی انسانشناختی خود، درباره آن، سیاستگذاری میکنند. هدف مقاله، پاسخ به این سؤال است که مبانی انسانشناختی سیاست سکولار در تحقق حقوق شهروندی چه نقشی دارد و تمایز آن با مبانی اسلام چیست؟ در پژوهش حاضر با شیوه تحلیل تطبیقی ـ مقایسهای به این مسأله پرداخته شد. یافتههای تحقیق، نشان میدهد که شهروندان در سیاست سکولار، محکوم قوانین طبیعی و بشری بوده و محق، خودخواه و خودمحورند و از قید ارزشهای الهی، کاملاً آزاد و رهایند؛ این سیاست، به چندگانگی ذاتی میان انسانها قائل است و به مادیات و قدرت، گرایش دارد. منزلت و ارزش شهروندان در این نگاه، به گونهای است که او در جهت التذاذ هرچه بیشتر، سلطه عقل بر شریعت و نفی انسان کامل، قدم برمیدارد. این تصویر مادیانگارانه از انسان، موجب شده تا سیاست، به تدبیر حقوق مادی و رفاهی انسان، محدود شود و انسان، اسیر تمایلات نفسانی گردد، اما سیاست اسلامی، انسان را توحیدمحور و فضیلتمحور دانسته و دنیا را مزرعه آخرت میداند. در این نگاه، آزادی حقیقی شهروند، با خداپرستی به دست میآید. همچنین همه ابعاد و نیازهای فطری انسان را در نظر دارد و درصدد اقامه عدل و تنظیم امور فردی و اجتماعی و دستیابی به سعادت دنیا و آخرت اوست. بنابراین دیدگاه اسلام برخلاف نگاه سکولاریسم، از شناختی همهجانبه به حقوق و نیازهای انسان برخوردار است.
