Article submission and processing in this journal are free. However, following acceptance, an Article Charge Processing should be paid from those author(s) who confirmed payment in the beginning. These fees are used for maintaining a publication infrastructure, managing the journal, and processing the manuscripts (revision, copyediting, reference checking, layout editing, XML generation, doi, etc.). Anyway, in case of low income countries and high quality manuscript, a full or partial waive may be accepted.
For the publication of papers since Jan 2026, the processing fee would be USD 650 (35.000.000 Rial for Iranian authors). In the case of a fast track (decision-making in less than 15 days), fee would be triple.
