نقش سلامت خانواده و سلامت معنوی در بهزیستی روانشناختی پرستاران

چکیده
مقدمه: پرستاران نقش مهمی در ارائه خدمات سلامت دارند و بهزیستی روانشناختی آنان با بهبود عملكرد شغلی همراه است. همچنین عوامل خانوادگی و معنوی نقش مهمی در بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی میتوانند داشته باشند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش سلامت خانواده و سلامت معنوی در بهزیستی روانشناختی پرستاران انجام شده است.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. تعداد 120 پرستار از بیمارستانهای شهر بجنورد در سال 1393 به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس سلامت خانواده اصلی، پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون و مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف پاسخ دادند. دادههای جمعآوریشده به وسیله ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: بین سلامت خانواده و مؤلفههای آن، یعنی استقلال و صمیمیت با بهزیستی روانشناختی به ترتیب با ضریب همبستگی 0/34، 0/29 و 0/36 ارتباط مثبت و معنیدار وجود داشت. همچنین بین سلامت معنوی و مؤلفههای آن، یعنی سلامت مذهبی و سلامت وجودی با بهزیستی روانشناختی به ترتیب با ضریب همبستگی 0/52، 0/44 و 0/51 ارتباط مثبت و معنادار مشاهده شد (0/001>P). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیرهای پیشگو میتوانند 31% از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی را پیشبینی نمایند (0/001>P).
نتیجهگیری: در پژوهش حاضر نقش مثبت و معنیدار سلامت خانواده و سلامت معنوی در تبیین بهزیستی روانشناختی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان تأیید گردید. یافتههای مطالعه نشاندهنده اهمیت سلامت خانواده به عنوان یکی از سازههای مهم خانوادگی و سلامت معنوی به عنوان یکی از سازههای مهم معنوی در بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی پرستاران است. بنابراین توصیه میگردد تا در برنامههای مبتنی بر ارتقای سلامت روان پرستاران، این عوامل مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرند.
