چکیده
سابقه و هدف: فشار خون بالا یکی از مهمترین مشکلات سلامتی بوده که شیوع آن در بین کارکنان مراقبتهای بهداشتی نگرانکننده است. هدف از این مطالعه تاثیر شیفت کاری شب بر فشار خون و شاخص توده بدنی در بین کارکنان درمانی در شهر تهران بود.روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی با 282 نفر از کارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی بیمارستان دکتر مسیح دانشوری شهر تهران انجام شد. فشار خون به صورت انفرادی در حالت استراحت کامل و در زمان استراحت اندازهگیری شد. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبه جمعآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS انجام شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 282 نفر از کارکنان مراقبتهای بهداشتی (138 مورد بالینی شامل پرستاری و 144 مورد شامل کارکنان امنیتی، خدماتی و اداری) در تهران شرکت کردند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی شیفت کاری شب و فشار خون نشان داد که بطور معناداری فشار خون بالا در کارکنان با شیفت کاری شب بیشتر بود (01/0 p value<). از بررسی شیفت کاری شب و BMI خون نشان داد که BMI بالای 25 در کارکنان با شیفت کاری شب بیشتر از کارکنان بدون شیفت کاری شب بود (01/0 p value<). ازکارکنان با مدارک تحصیلی پایینتر و با سابقه کار بالاتر بیشتر در معرض ابتلا به فشار خون بالا بودند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل تاثیر شیفت شب کاری بر فشار خون و شاخص توده بدنی در بین کارکنان بهداشتی درمانی شهر تهران را نشان داد.
