بررسي خشونت فيزيکي نسبت به کارکنان اورژانس 115 دانشگاه علوم پزشکي مازندران و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سال 1398

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: امروزه به علت افزایش چشمگیر خشونت ها در مراکز درمانی و مواجهه ی کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی با انواع خشونت ها، ارزیابی عوامل تأثیرگذار در کاهش این خشونت ها و بررسی فراوانی آن ها امر مهم و ضروری است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی خشونت فیزیکی نسبت و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شد.115به کارکنان اورژانس روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی بوده که جامعه آن کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران می باشد بخش 4 نفر به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل: پرسشنامه ی خشونت شغلی در 265 که از بین آن ها (اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، خشونت فیزیکی، واکنش به خشونت و خشونت در آخرین مأموریت) و پرسشنامه ی سلامت عمومی گلدن برگ استفاده SPSS نرم افزار 22 ) بود. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نسخه ی GHQ-28( گردید. درصد کارکنان در محل کار خشونت فیزیکی را تجربه کردند، بیشترین نوع خشونت، به صورت هل دادن 29/6 یافته ها: نتایج نشان دادند که درصد عامل اصلی خشونت بودند. بین خشونت 73/2 درصد خشونت ها درصحنه حادثه اتفاق افتاده بود و همراهان بیمار با 76/1 درصد بود.54/9 ). بعلاوه بیشترین خشونت اعمال شده علیه کارکنان در آخرین P=0/02 ماه اخیر کارکنان ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت ( 6فیزیکی با بحران درصد و جنسی صفر درصد هست. بین خشونت در آخرین مأموریت با 3 درصد، فرهنگی 14/6 درصد، فیزیکی 82مأموریت به ترتیب کلامی ) ارتباط معنادار بود.P=0/01) و سابقه کار کارکنان (P=0/03)، سن (P=0/03نوع استخدام ( نتيجه گيری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر شیوع بالای خشونت فیزیکی علیه کارکنان فوریت های پزشکی تأکید داشت. لذا جهت کاهش خطرات ناشی از خشونت شغلی، آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی و کنترل خشم برای کارکنان و پیگیری موارد خشونت توسط مسئولین توصیه می شود.
