As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Dear Authors Please check the following before final submission:
    1. Brief and explanatory title
    2. Structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion): 250 words or less for original articles and 150 words or less for others
    3. Keywords base on MeSH terms in PubMed
    4. Headings of the paper (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion). Avoid other headings
    5. References should be in Vancouver style. Use less than 30 references for original articles.
    6. Tables should be 6 or less. avoid too long tables!
    7. Figures should be in appropriate resolution.
    8. The main text file should be anonymous to be sent to referees. Names, affiliations and acknowledgement should be hidden and sent to the end of title page.
    9. Title page (Title, full name, academic degree, affiliation, ORCID ID, Email for all authors. Authors contribution, Acknowledgement, Funding and financial support, conflict of interest, and informed consent should be written based on authors guideline at the end of title page.)
    10. Check the manuscript for plagiarism and manage the similarities.
    11. Cover letter
    12. The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF format.
    13. The study has obtained the approval of the ethics committee of the institute, or if not applicable, follows the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
