تمایزپذیری عقلانیت از هوشمندی و احساس و تأثیر آن در تصمیمگیری و مسئولیتپذیری انسان از چشمانداز یافتههای علوم شناختی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی این مقاله امکانسنجی تمایزپذیری عقلانیت از هوشمندی و احساس و تأثیر آن در تصمیمگیری و مسئولیتپذیری انسان از چشمانداز یافتههای علوم شناختی معاصر است. زمینه پژوهش کاربست یافتههای علوم شناختی بر عاملیت و تصمیمگیریهای حقوقی است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مروری و به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی انجام شده است. منابع و دادههای مورد نیاز به شیوه کتابخانهای و با مراجعه به سایتها و بانکهای اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی (نظیر مگ ایران، سیویلکا) و پایگاههای خارجی (نظیر Scopus, Frontiers, SSRN, Springer, ResearchGate, Academia)، از محل کتب و مقالات 10 سال اخیر گردآوری شده است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت کامل تمامی ملاحظات اخلاقی درخصوص رعایت امانتداری، صداقت و اصالت متن انجام گرفته است.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر این است که در وضعیت کنونی بنابر نظر غالب دانشمندان علوم شناختی، هرسه مؤلفه عقلانیت، هوشمندی و عواطف به دلیل تأثیرگذاری در فرآیند پردازش شناختی، در عاملیت و تصمیمگیریهای انسان دخیل هستند و به دلیل تفاوتهای انسانها در درجه و کیفیت برخورداری از عقلانیت، هوش و عواطف، تصمیمگیریهای انسان نیز متنوع و متفاوت خواهد بود.
نتیجهگیری: از آنجا که هرسه مؤلفه عقلانیت، هوشمندی و عواطف در فرآیند پردازش شناختی تا تصمیمگیری اخلاقی ـ حقوقی مؤثرند، لذا محتوای تصمیم انتخابی متناسب با ظرفیتهای متفاوت عقلی، هوشی و عاطفی انسانها، متفاوت خواهد بود و پیشفرض عقلانیت کامل و نوعی با یافتههای علوم شناختی سازگار نیست.
