همهگیرشناسی اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر در نوجوانان و مقایسه قضاوت اخلاقی افراد مبتلا و غیر مبتلا

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال بینظمی خلقی اخلالگر یک تشخیص نسبتاً جدید است که برای اولینبار در DSM-5 معرفی شد. بارزترین ویژگی این اختلال شامل اختلالات رفتاری و خلقی است. پژوهشهای کمی در مورد اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر صورت گرفته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر همهگیرشناسی اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر در نوجوانان و مقایسه قضاوت اخلاقی افراد مبتلا و غیر مبتلا میباشد.
روش: روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و پسرویدادی بود. جامعه آماری مشتمل بر 165 هزار و 555 دانشآموز بود که بر اساس فرمول مورگان 384 دانشآموز با استفاده از نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای جهت بررسی همهگیرشناسی اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. همچنین برای بررسی تفاوت قضاوت اخلاقی در دانشآموزان دارای اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر و عادی، 45 دانشآموز با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از شاخص واکنشپذیری عاطفی Stringaris و همکاران (2012 م.)، پرسشنامه قضاوت اخلاقی Rest و همکاران (1973 م.) و مصاحبه تشخیصی بر اساس DSM-5 استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای توصیفی و آزمون تی مستقل با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 بهره گرفته شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش این مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری و رضایت و اطلاعرسانی رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج توصیفی پژوهش نشان داد شیوع نشانگان اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر 3/1 درصد بود. قضاوت اخلاقی دانشآموزان دارای اختلال بینظمی خلق اخلالگر نسبت به کودکان فاقد اختلال به طور معناداری متفاوت بود (05/0P<، 06/2-T=).
نتیجهگیری: ﻣﯿﺰان ﺷﯿﻮع اﺧﺘﻼل بینظمی خلق اخلالگر در اﺳﺘﺎن آذربایجان شرقی در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎی اﻧﺠﺎمﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ در ﺧﺎرج از کشور در دامنه ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻗﺮار دارد. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ وﺟﻮد، ﻟﺰوم سیاستگذاریهای ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان در ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﯽ ﺑﺮای ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﺎر آﺳﯿﺐ در آﯾﻨﺪه و ارائه راهکارﻫﺎی ﺑﺮونرﻓﺖ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻮت ﺧﻮد ﺑﺎﻗﯽ اﺳﺖ.
