IPA follows the international regulations against scientific misconduct including fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, etc. Any cases of suspected misconduct will be assessed during the peer-review and publication process based on COPE guidelines. In IPA, an initial check on any kind of plagiarism will be executed at the receipt of the first submission of any manuscript using the available software. If found more than 5% of suspicious points in the text, the manuscript will be returned to the author for proper revisions. Otherwise, the peer-review process starts and a second more detail check of any kind of plagiarism and ethical misconduct will be done during the peer-review. Only those clear and plagiarism-free manuscripts that pass the COPE guidelines on ethical issues will be considered for the publication in IPA.
