بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک تروما در اطفال زیر 5 سال مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا بیرجند در سال 1400

چکیده
مقدمه : تروما از مهمترین علل قابل پیشگیری مرگ و میر و ناتوانی کودکان در جهان و ایران محسوب می شود. با توجه به آسیب پذیری کودکان، آگاهی از اطلاعات اپیدمیولوژیک تروما در این گروه سنی به برنامه ریزی دقیق جهت پیشگیری از حوادث کمک می کند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اپیدمیولوژی تروما در کودکان زیر 5 سال مراجعه کننده به اورژانس انجام شد.
روش کار : این مطالعه اپیدمیولوژیک توصیفی بر روی 415 نفر از کودکان زیر 5 سال مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان امام رضا بیرجند در سال 1400 صورت گرفت. با استفاده از چک لیستی اطلاعات مربوط به سن، جنس، تعداد فرزندان خانواده، میزان تحصیلات مادرو پدر، وضعیت تاهل والدین، شغل و سن مادر، وجود فرد دارای بیماری ناتوان کننده در خانواده و محیط زندگی و در بخش دوم علت ، زمان و مکان وقوع حادثه، الگو تروما، محل آناتومی آسیب دیده، به روش مصاحبه با همراه کودک پرسیده شد و در آخر پیامد تروما هنگام ترخیص بیمار بررسی شد، سپس اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 20 مورد آنالیز توصیفی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: اطلاعات 415 کودک جمع آوری شد.249 مورد پسر(60 %)، 164 نفر(5/39 %) در سن 5 سالگی، 332 مورد(80 %) غیر تک فرزند، 220 مورد(53 %) بین ساعت 16 تا 24، 223 مورد (7/53 %) محل وقوع تروما در خانه، 238 مورد(3/57 %) سقوط، 364 مورد(7/87 %) ترومای بلانت، 186 مورد(8/44 %) عضو آسیب دیده سر و صورت بوده است.394 مورد(9/94 %) والدین زندگی مشترک،132 مادر (8/31 %) و 128 پدر (8/30 %) تحصیلات بالاتر از دیپلم داشتند، 361 مادر(78 %) خانه دار بودند، و 242 مادر(3/58 %) سن بالاتر از 35 سال داشتند.در 404 خانواده(3/97 %) فرد دارای بیماری ناتوان کننده وجود نداشته است و 241 مورد(1/58 %) در خانه ویلایی سکونت داشتند. 344 مورد(9/82 %) با بهبودی کامل از بیمارستان ترخیص گشتند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به این که بیشترین محل وقوع حادثه در منزل و به علت سقوط بوده است، میتوان با ایمن کردن بیشتر منازل و آگاهی بیشتر والدین از خطرهاي پیش روي کودکان جلوگیري نمود.
