Archives of Men’s Health adheres to a rigorous and ethical peer review process to ensure the scientific quality, accuracy, and integrity of all published articles. All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo double-blind peer review, in which both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous.
Reviewers are selected based on their scientific expertise and familiarity with the manuscript’s topic. Invitations to review must be accepted or declined within 7 calendar days. Upon acceptance, reviewers are expected to submit their evaluation within 14 calendar days.
All submitted reviews are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must avoid any conflict of interest and ensure that their comments are objective, constructive, and free of personal bias. Final editorial decisions are made by the editor-in-chief or section editors, based on reviewers’ recommendations.
