For Editors
• The Editor-in-Chief holds final responsibility for all editorial decisions regarding the content published in the journal. These decisions may be based not only on the scientific merit of the manuscripts but also on their relevance and suitability for the journal’s scope.
• The editor reserves the right to reject a manuscript at any stage before publication, including after acceptance, if ethical concerns or doubts about the integrity of the work arise.
• The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept strictly confidential throughout the peer-review process (double-blind review).
• The existence of a submitted manuscript is not disclosed to anyone other than the assigned reviewers and editorial staff.

For Authors
• Upon submission, authors must certify (via system-generated declarations) that the manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere in any language, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal.
• All listed authors are expected to take public responsibility for the content of the article, including its conception, design, execution, and interpretation.
• Authors must confirm that the data used in the study are accurate, properly documented, and will be made available upon reasonable request.
• Any change in authorship (addition or removal) must be accompanied by written consent from all listed authors, submitted to the editorial office.
• Sources of funding and financial support must be clearly disclosed in the Acknowledgments section.
• For studies involving human participants, authors must declare that:
• The study was approved by an institutional or national ethics committee.
• Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
• If no formal ethics committee is available, the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki should be followed.
• For studies involving animals, compliance with institutional and national guidelines (such as NIH guidelines for the humane use of laboratory animals) must be declared.
• Permissions must be obtained for:
-Using unpublished data or observations of others.
 - Reproducing or adapting previously published figures or tables (these must be clearly acknowledged in the figure legend or table footnote).
• Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript adheres to:
 - Institutional and regulatory guidelines,
 - Copyright and intellectual property laws,
 - Standards of academic integrity (free from plagiarism, defamation, or unlawful content).

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):
Authors may use AI tools to support their writing process (e.g., language editing, summarizing, formatting), but:
• They must clearly state the name of the tool(s) and how they were used in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.
• They retain full responsibility for the content of their manuscript, including sections generated or assisted by AI tools.
• AI tools must not be listed as co-authors, as they do not meet authorship criteria (e.g., taking responsibility, understanding conflicts of interest, or approving the final version).
• Authors should verify that AI-generated content is accurate, referenced, free from plagiarism, and ethically compliant.

For Reviewers
• Manuscripts and associated data must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers may not disclose, share, or discuss them with others.
• Reviewers must not use unpublished information for personal or professional gain.
• Reviewer feedback should be honest, constructive, respectful, and aimed at improving the quality of the manuscript.
• Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest (e.g., personal, financial, institutional) and decline to review if a conflict exists.
• Knowledge of the author(s) should not influence the objectivity or fairness of the review.
